COVID-19 Statement

To our Valued Patients,

Your safety during the COVID-19 pandemic is our priority. Pacific Podiatry has implemented several measures in addition to our regular infection control to keep you safe:

Patient Scheduling. We have spaced out our patient appointments to reduce high traffic and bottlenecks. This allows us more time to sanitize between each visit. Our chairs have been distanced in our waiting room as well.

Sanitizing. This is an important part of our day. We sanitize all areas that come in contact with patients. All patient accessible areas are wiped clean with hospital-grade disinfectants. Instruments are enzymatically treated and then sterilized in an autoclave after each patient.

COVID-19 Questionnaire and Screening
Before starting our day, we require all team members to be screened for symptoms, including temperature readings. All patients will receive a Covid-19 Questionnaire and have their temperatures taken at check-in. A clear plexi-glass shield has been installed at the front desk for your safety during this process.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). All patients above the age of 2 are required to wear a mask at all times in our office as per Governor Hogan’s mandate. Our team uses PPE when around patients. This includes a combination of items such as scrubs, masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields.

We realize that coming into the office may be difficult. Therefore our online patient portal is a great place to access your treatment notes and records.
